Why am I unable to refresh my basket?

If you are unable to refresh your basket, there are a number of reasons why this could be:

  • The project is lapsed, at this point, all baskets on the project will be blocked from future refreshes until a duration extension is submitted and the associated fees are settled.
  • There is no new data available to be refreshed.
  • Or there is an overdue annual report. Please ensure the Principal Investigator and all the named Lead Collaborators have completed their annual report submission.
