Genome-wide genotyping data is available for approximately 488,000 UK Biobank participants. Genotype calling was performed by Affymetrix (now part of ThermoFisher Scientific) on two closely related purpose-designed arrays. 50,000 participants were run on the UK BiLEVE Axiom array and the remaining 450,000 were run on the UK Biobank Axiom array. Approximately 850,000 variants were directly measured, with > 90 million variants imputed using the Haplotype Reference Consortium and UK10K + 1000 Genomes reference panels.

You can view the full Axiom array SNP list by going on Showcase and downloading resource 149600 (for the UK BiLEVE Axiom array) and resource 149601 (for the UK Biobank Axiom array). Alternatively, you can use the Genomic Search facility to find specific genetic loci of interest that are measured on the array. Imputed data using different reference panels are planned to be made available in the future.
