Invitation responses for Accelerometry Seasonal Repeat study

Invitation information including dates and responses will be made available for the Accelerometry Seasonal Repeat study of 2018-9, alongside the existing raw data - see category 1008. Processed data from this study will be made available in a future release. Data available in categories 1008, 100120, and 706.

Retinal features derived from colour fundus eye images

Features of the retina automatically derived from retinal colour fundus images for approx. 35,000 participants. Available in category 521.

Clinical grading of retinal images

Features visible in optical imaging (coherence tomography) of the retina from 2009-13, available in category 100016, have been measured and categorised. Available in category 1080.

Clonal haematopoesis data

Clonal haematopoesis of indeterminate potential (CHIP) data for all 500,000 participants. Available in category 264.

Genomic ancestry

New ancestry grouping data for approx. 450,000 participants, derived from genotype data. Provided in partnership with Pan-UK Biobank to promote increased diversity in studies and support research into population-specific risk factors. Available in category 264.

Whole genome sequencing phased data - Beagle

Phased VCF files for all 500,000 participants based on Machine Learning corrected DRAGEN data, generated using Beagle software. Available in category 185.

Death data for England, Scotland and Wales

Update to the death registry data for England, Scotland and Wales. Available in category 100093.

Cancer registry data for England and Scotland

Update to the cancer registry data for England and Scotland. Available in category 100092.

Hospital inpatient data for England

Additional hospital inpatient admissions for England. Available in category 2000.

Cardiac imaging IDPs for 80k participants

Cardiac imaging IDPs for an additional 40,000 participants, doubling the data available to a total of approx. 81,000 for 83 data fields on cardiac and aortic structure and function. Available in category 157.

Biventricular cardiac mesh models

Cardiac meshes derived from Cardiac MRI for nearly 55,000 participants will be made available. These were generated using the publicly available BiV Volumetric Meshing pipeline and cover the entire cardiac cycle. Available in category 538.

FreeSurfer longitudinal metrics

Longitudinal FreeSurfer data for 4,500 individuals will be made available, enabling extended analysis of brain imaging-derived phenotypes over time. Available in categories 530 to 537.

UKB brain imaging pipeline update

Image-derived phenotypes and processed data will be updated for an additional 20,800 participants from the UK Biobank brain imaging pipeline, reaching a total of approximately 90,000 participants.

The Population Archive of Neuroimaging Data Organised for Rapid Analysis (PANDORA) will also be released. This contains pre-processed brain imaging data for 82,000 participants, available at the level of individual voxels and at higher-level groupings (supervoxels) derived from independent component analysis (ICA), across all UK Biobank brain imaging sequences.

Skeletal measures derived from DXA images

Measurements derived from dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) describing the skeletal features of 38,000 participants. Available in category 522.

DXA-derived IDPs

Imaging-derived phenotypes (IDPs) from dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) scans for an additional 30,000 participants. This increases the total number of participants with DXA IDPs to 70,000. Available in categories 124 and 125.

Nightingale Health metabolic biomarkers: Phase 3

An updated release of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) metabolomic data from Nightingale Health, extending coverage to all 500,000 participants. Available in categories  220, 221 and 222.

Social Interactions and Focus questionnaire

Initial release of data from our Social Interactions and Focus questionnaire. Responses from over 160,000 participants exploring Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Quotient (AQ), Emotional Dysregulation (ED) and Sensory Perception Quotient-10 (SPQ-10). Available in category 11090.

Update to Experience of Pain questionnaire

Additional responses to our Experience of Pain questionnaire from approx. 11,000 participants, bringing the total number of respondents to approx. 180,000 and completing the dataset. Available in category 154.
