The past week or more, it takes many hours before any job that I submit starts running on DNA Nexus. This makes it nearly impossible to develop / debug an app or commands I want to run.
Does anyone know why this is happening? Is there anything that can be done about it?
If I feel that the starting time is too long, I usually try to run the same job with a different instance type (with comparable mem, cpu and storage). It looks like the waiting time depends on the demand for the requested instance type.
