Is there an updated version of plink available with the Swiss Army Knife?

The version of Swiss Army Knife available in the RAP (v4.6.0) includes an older version of plink2 (v2.00a2.3LM). Which is a few years old at this point. There are features in newer versions of plink2 that would be useful to have.   I could create an applet with a newer version of plink2, but if there is an official version, that would be great.

    I do not think there is an official version of that tool in SAK. I was able to locate the same version as you mentioned - RAP (v4.6.0) includes an older version of plink2 (v2.00a2.3LM). I went ahead and forwarded your feedback to DNAnexus folks.
