Is there any documentation on how to use macFUSE in the UKBB and not have to download each of the pVCF files to the worker but instead use mount the project? I would appreciate any guidelines. Thank you
You don't need dxfuse for your local computer. The dxfuse is only for the worker to see file system in RAP project. I think macFUSE is a different thing and not related to dxfuse.
On local computer, you can use dx toolkit to interact with file on the platform. The best way to see how it works is probably our overview webinar. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uT_jD1Ey3Fk
