There are 5 collaborators under my project, does that mean our project has 40 x 5 = 200 pounds as the initial credit? How to set up the bill for RAP activities to be charged to the 200-pound project account, not my personal 40-pound account?

Meanwhile, if you have 5 people in your group, the admin of the project can change billing to billable org that they have access to. In this case, if all 5 are admin, you all can take turn to set billing to each of your free credit. Be sure to spare money for storage and exporting data though.
Be careful with who to be included though. Admin has full privilage including removing members or delete the project. Even if they are in your research group, you might want to make sure these people have basic understanding of platform.
