The jobs listed from Monitor on the UKB web site is nice. But it only display status of 20 or so jobs on one page. Browsing through 500 jobs from one batch submission is really time consuming. I can't see how many jobs are running and how many are waiting unless I manually count.
We also have tutorial on how to perform data analysis on cloud for HPC users which we map all these common operation and demonstrate how to do it. I bookmarked this video on the slide that shows the comparison. I would highly recommend this tutorial.

All of this could be achieved by dx-toolkit which allow you to access all this information programmatically. See the help page for dx CLI here. https://documentation.dnanexus.com/getting-started/cli-quickstart
