Hi, I am aware of that the format issue of 200K WGS pVCF has been solved, I just want to know if the data now available on the RAP? Actually, I re-created a new project on RAP, but only saw the 150K WGS pVCF. Should I wait a little longer or there are some imformation/steps I missed?

The notification of data availability from UKB was sent out before time by accident. The data will be ready in 1-2 days and our marketing team will send out E-mail when the data is actually ready.
Note that you can use refresh rather than dispense a new project as well.

Downloading the WGS or WES data is considered as the violation of MTA with UK Biobank, so please do not try to download or use other method to transfer them out. You may want to check with your PI on the MTA.

You are right, after going through the MTA (page 18) it said we can't download WGS and WES. Thank you for the info.
