I want to use individual-level returned accelerometer data (returns 1862 & 1942) on UKB RAP. I have found & had it confirmed that returned datasets are not available on DNA Nexus. If I download the returned datasets from the showcase I get a linker file that will convert the participant eids from the returned dataset to the eids for my project. I could then potentially upload this data to my DNA Nexus project and merge it with the rest of my phenotypic data. My question is: do the eids for my project that I'll get via the UKB showcase match the eids for my data on DNA Nexus?

The eid in Showcase and RAP should the same for the same application. You can find reference in FAQ here.
