BOLT-LMM v2.4 update for RAP

I've released an update to BOLT-LMM (v2.4) to fix a bug that caused slow performance on RAP when analyzing multiple BGEN input files mounted via dxfuse (in /mnt/project). This issue was caused by files not being properly closed, which does not impact performance on most filesystems but caused problems with dxfuse. Could this update be incorporated into the next release of Swiss Army Knife?
