I have dispensed an project but not all the data I am expecting is there
The most common reason for data not showing in the RAP is due to your UKB Access Application not being fully completed.
New Applications
For new applications please check your application in AMS if the Project is a status of ?Underway? then your data should be ready to dispensed in the RAP.
Upgraded / Additional Data Requested
If you have applied to move your application to a tiered application / requested further data, this will need to go through a number of steps; quotation, new MTAs and payment etc.. You will receive an email when notifying you that the MTA has been executed. This is the final step in the process, once you have received this email your data will be ready for dispatch in the RAP. If you have dispensed an project in the RAP already you will need to dispense a new project to receive any new data

Even I have all the process done, I think there is some delay - MTA approval on day 1, data ready on day 3 for example. Then if I create a project in UKB RAP, i think only a partial data is dispensed to my project. I waited for another day and create a new project. Then the data is in.
My previous question is here: Feed Detail (dnanexus.com) Why 0 participants but 416.36TiB of data?
Hi Weiwei,
Can I confirm from your other thread that you now have the expected data? We (UK Biobank) will be releasing further enhancement to the Access Management System (AMS) in the coming weeks that will help streamline this further.
Hi Caroline,
Yes. I have the expected data. After Ondrej Klempir's reply, I created another project and then wait for some time (maybe 2~6 hours cause i lost track of the time) have 5.6PB of data access. This is only the main dataset. On the other hand, I think neither UKB portal using ukbconv or UKB RAP has release the returned dataset. This thread: Question Detail (dnanexus.com) How can we download the "return" associated with a publication? says it will take some time to be ready. Is there any time line? For example, the category 100079 & 100116 will be super helpful for my project.
