Whenever I try to visualize some data (.bam using bam.io for example), I get an error message saying "platform.dnanexus.com: URL loader error: invalid request, data mst be loaded from the original window/tab.". Did I do anything wrong? I think I followed the exact steps from the tutorials.
I was told that this could be caused by some addon or plugin, but the problem persisted after I remvoed all addon/plugins. In the end, I removed firefox, cleared all caches and application settings (~/Library/Application Settings/Firefox), and reinstalled firefox, and firefox works now.
