Hi, I was wondering if anyone has found a way to compress generated files on the Research Analysis Platform using gzip. When I try to run "dx run gzip," I get the error: dxpy.exceptions.InvalidState: This app cannot be run in aws:eu-west-2, code 422.
Is there an alternative way to compress files generated in a UKB RAP project? Thanks!

The app-gzip isn't available on UKB-RAP. You may use swiss-army-knife, or one of interactive workstation to change file compression.
