I am looking for accelerometer sleep related derived data, particularly SD of accelerometer -measured sleep duration and sleep-onset timing across 7 nights. I was wondering if there are any return datasets that contain these variables.
The return of results is not yet available on UKB-RAP, so the user could only access it via Showcase. Therefore, our community member may not be familiar with it.
You may find this tutorial useful though. It contains lots of script for accelerometer data processing at various step.
Hmm. So you are actually looking for SD of Accelerometer data for each individual rather than the summary of overall study, right? In my understanding, all these published data could not have individual level data which mean that it's just summary of data once it becomes return of results. In other word, it may not have what you are looking for. Using notebooks from Rosemary might be a better route.

Yes, that is correct, I need sleep derived variables on individual level. Do you happen to know the email address that I need to contact in order to ask about this?
I check with data release team, and it turns out that return of results is already in place, but maybe different from what you are looking for. There will be a release of impute GEL and TOPMed data and those are return of results from another groups of researcher. All the EID would be linked and ready to be used. However, it would be released just like another data on the platform that you would automatically get it with data refresh, not like a library of data that you go to search and pick what you need.
