Why 0 participants but 416.36TiB of data?
I am new to RAP and UKB.
Our MTA was approved so I have an application number from UKB. Therefore I started a project using the application number on 31 Mar. The next day the status showed "Ready". But i click the "app[...]_[...].dataset" to go to the cohort browser, it showed 0 participants.
I started a project before the MTA was signed, that test project only showed 2.91GB data and 0 participants.
On 2 Apr, I received an email "UK Biobank Application [...], data now available for Basket [...].".
I wonder if I have 0 participants is because I set up the project before the data is ready?
I am frustrated because when watching the webinar, all the information sounds like the data is ready in RAP. Just need to wait for a few hours of data dispensing. I feel I am missing some part of the tutorial or user guide .
Can anyone let me know if i need to do something to get some participant in the cohort browser?
Should I start a new project?

Yes, I would try to start a new project and redispense data. This process helped me many times to resolve some issues or get an updated dataset.

Thanks Ondrej. I started a new project on 5 Apr 10:30am. Let me see how long it will take to complete the dispensing.

It works. I checked it about 6 hours later. Now I can see there are 5.6PB of data and 502410 participants.

By the way, is this the right number for tier 3 access?

Great! If the dispensal process shows 100%, I would it consider it as Done and Completed. Overall, the size of data (PB) and num of participants sound good to me. UK Biobank is a resource compiled from approximately 500,000 volunteer participants.
Now I would just go to the project and check if all expected data is there.

I also meet the same problem, 11.89TiB data but 0 participants. I followed the suggestion to the project and redispense data again, but the problem is still not solved.
Hi everyone
I am new to the Research Analysis Platform and also experiencing the same issues of having 0 participants in the dataset.
Having checked on this forum earlier, I tried creating a new project and re-dispense the data but the issue remains.
Appreciate any advice here on how can I get the complete dataset dispensed. thank you!
