Does requesting access to the 1km grid coordinate data preclude access to the 100m grid coordinate data?

Hello, Could I ask you two quick questions that i could not find answers online. 1. I understand that requesting access to the 1km grid coordinate data will preclude access to the census/administrative area data. But does requesting access to the 1km grid coordinate data preclude access to the 100m grid coordinate data? it is probably not as there is no risk of reidentification in this case, but I would like to carefully understand the situation before requesting access. 2. About timeline: How long does it typically take to make the 1km home location available after applying? and how long does it typically take to make the 100m home location available after applying? how long does it take for UKB to make requested returned data available?   Thank you very much!
