I have selected a cohort of patients on the research analysis platform (RAP) system. Now, I would subsample 10 of these patients to perform some tests. Anyone knows how to do it?
You mean in cohort browser? If so, currently this functionality isn't available. However, if you export them out using Table Exporter or dx extract_dataset, you could then use pandas or R to sampling it.
