I am able to select the .cram and .crai files for selected individuals in the Whole genome CRAM files to view on IGV, however, when I launch the viewer, data is only displayed for chr1. When I change to another chr, I only see "Zoom in to see features". This same message appears when I return to chr1 again (as shown in the attached screenshot). I am using Chrome as my browser. Any help navigating this is much appreciated, thank you.

I heard that this might happen when I switch between the chromosomes. The IGV browser "zoom in level" is reset to the minimum so that the whole chromosome is visible. I should be to "Zoom in to see features" by clicking on the "plus sign" in the top-right corner and keep zooming in, until the features start loading.

I am observing the same behavior in Chrome as well as in Firefox. I would forward it to DNAnexus Support team for a detailed inspection.
