The latest data refresh removed old .dataset files which previous updates didn't touch. Is this supposed to happen?
All of my cohort datashboards no longer work, is there a way to update them to point to the new dataset without having to re-build all of the cohorts from scratch?
I just submit the report about missing .dataset. We might need your project id to investigate. I think it's best to forward this concern to ukbiobank-support@dnanexus.com, so you don't have to post your project info in public.
For dashboard and cohort, you can rebase them using these guides.
