Problem with billing

I have been discussing with our finance team how to deposit funds into my DNA Nexus billing account. Unfortunately, our university cannot make a PO. I understand you consider a prepayment of 10K. But my current budget is only 7K.
I was wondering if it is possible for you to provide an advance invoice of 7K, so our finance team can pay this now.
As our funding is ending very soon, your timely response would be much appreciated!
