cost calculation RAP for multidimensional large data analysis

Hi, 

I am planning a project that will use large scale MRI (QSM) data and genetics to determine specific imaging phenotypes and correlate these with GWAS data. I am not sure how to calculate the expected costs for the use of the RAP for a three year project (I would like to include this in a grant application). Is there any experience how to calculate this. The rates per hour are not very helpful before the start of such a project. 

We would like to use 50,000 MRI scans and corresponding WGS data.
