dx-backup-folder within R studio

Amy Marie Mason

Hello,

I am attempting to follow the instructions here on how to backup folders in a Rstudio project https://dnanexus.gitbook.io/uk-biobank-rap/working-on-the-research-analysis-platform/using-rstudio-on-the-research-analysis-platform#saving-local-data-to-the-project

However when I run dx-backup-folder on the terminal in R I get an error:
rstudio-server@1675d1d42cd8:~/Sample files$ dx-backup-folder
/usr/bin/dx-backup-folder: line 57: jq: command not found
cat: write error: Broken pipe

Both dx upload and dx download are working fine, so I can save and load individual files, but what I was hoping to do was create a version with the common libraries I use already installed.

What am I doing wrong?
Thank you for your help!
