Yeah it will be easy to work with the summary statistics as they are made available on the UKB showcase.
However, if you want to work with the raw accelerometer data to develop your own algorithms or processing pipelines, it becomes highly non-trivial. Basically, the first step you want to do is to package your processing script into an App and then run that App for each of the raw data file.
