How to close and RAP account that I haven't link to a AMS account?

My AMS account has been link to a wrong RAP account(A). 

I have received an email say that I can change the email address of the RAP account（A）, but the email address I want to change has an RAP account(B) already but haven't linked to any AMS account. I wonder if I can close the RAP account(B) so I can change the email address of  RAP account(A).

    Thank you for your reply.

    But the linking problem is still unsolved.I only have one AMS account,and it linked with  RAP account（A）.

    I want RAP account(B) to link to this AMS account and it's still at the step"Connect Your Account to UK Biobank",so I can't change its email address to free the RAP account(B). This is the biggest problem.
