Proteomic issue

I met a question that when I tryed to analyze those blood proteomic data, How am I supposed to know the patients' health status when they acept the proteomic test. "I'll elaborate a bit more. For example, I created a table that includes Diagnosis-ICD10 and proteomic biomarkers. However, within the Diagnosis-ICD10 category, there are many diseases, is that all of which were diagnosed when patients underwent blood protein testing？ Does this mean that these are the conditions diagnosed when take they acept the blood biomarker analysis? Also, some diagnoses are labeled as 'NA'. Does this indicate that these participants are considered 'healthy'?"
