Extracting and exploring .zip files uploaded in the Bulk folder
Hello, I am new to UKB and am still exploring the capabilities and resources it has for neuroimaging analysis. May I check how I am able to explore zipped files in the UKB RAP Bulk folders. I am keen on looking at brain MRI raw data from the bulk files. However, I realized that there are some files that are “Read-only” in status. Is there any way within the UKB RAP platform that can allow me to explore the contents of the zipped file so that I know how to proceed in terms of my analysis and directory naming conventions?

The UK Biobank GitHub includes useful notebooks to guide you on using the RAP and perform your analysis. You might find the A109_Find-participant-bulk-files.ipynb helpful.
