Proteomics - olink_data help
Hello,
I am new to using RAP and working with proteomics data. I am trying to get the data for three biomarkers (IL-1𝛽, IL-6 and TNF-𝛼) within the olink_data to analyse alongside other general questionnaire data. I can find information about these under Category 1839 on the showcase and their integer Protein ID presented in the OLINK dataset. Their OLINK protein IDs are 1386, 1418 and 2712. However, I cannot figure out how I can access these on the RAP platform, either in the cohort browser or through table exporter. Can anyone provide some help? I have been trying to read the posts on the forum and the GitHub page on proteomics, but I still can't figure this out. Any help will be greatly appreciated, I am very stuck!

Hi Rhiannon,
I recommend familiarising yourself with the UK Biobank RAP GitHub Repository, which contains a collection of notebooks demonstrating how to access and work with different datasets on the RAP. For your specific case, I recommend using the following notebook: A108_Constructing-the-Olink-dataset_R.
