To extract data using the cohort browser, first select the columns you need: on the "Data Preview" tab, at the right side of the panel click "+ Add Column". If you'd like to use the ICD10 Summary Diagnosis data (Data-Field 41270), navigate to "Health-related outcomes > Hospital inpatient > Summary Diagnosis > Diagnosis - ICD10" and click "Add to Data Preview".
Now add your filter: click on the "+ Add Filter" button above the data preview, a window will pop up where you can select the same column and click "Add Cohort Filter". A new window will appear, start typing H40.1 and the option will show up, select it. Ensure that the correct logical operator is selected, in this case "includes all of", then click "Apply Filter". Click the "Save Cohort" icon on the top right, give a name to your cohort and save the cohort to your desired location. Now you can run table exporter on this cohort.
