Accessing Participant ID in UKB-RAP Table Exporter
Hello,
When exporting data through the UKB-RAP, is there any way to specifically request participant ID as a column in the Table Exporter? I'm currently using Table Exporter to collate showcase data that we need for our project, and it will be important to be able to pull out participant ID here when cross-referencing with bulk imaging data down the line.

I personally ended up going down a convoluted route with the ‘dx extract’ command in R to do this (happy to share code if helpful), but someone on another thread ultimately pointed out how to access the info in Table Exporter, as shown in this video. Basically, you need to make sure you have the string ‘participant’ in the Entity box, and then ‘eid’ in Field Names, alongside whatever other fields you want to request. Hope this helps!
