The most recent update time for health-related outcomes data

Yimin Qu

Where to find the most recent update time for health-related outcomes data? I noticed that the latest update on the website was on 2022-11-30 for death data(: External Info : Data_providers_and_dates), and even earlier for disease data. However, some participants have disease data updated later than that, such as diabetes on 2023-05-01.

Is the health-related outcome data has been updated after 2022-11-30? I need this information for my data analysis.

    Hello Yimin Qu,

Thank you for posting your query on the UK Biobank Community Forum.

As you may be aware the latest UK Biobank data (data release v19) is now available through the UKB Research Analysis Platform (UKB-RAP). Please see “New data now available (data release v19)” for more information.

For the most up to date information about the period for which each type of data is available please see the “Data providers and dates of data availability” page. This provides information on the earliest date for which we have data and a censoring date for each type of data, i.e. the date up to when UK Biobank estimate that data received from that provider is mostly complete. It should be noted that these dates relate to our linked data, e.g. death, hospital inpatient, cancer and primary care (GP) records, and health related outcomes from other sources, for example self-report data (category 1003), may have more recent dates as these include data that have been collected from ppts at assessment centre visits.

We hope this answers your question,

    Lydia
