Why is the application status still showing as "approved" even though the training has been completed?

As shown in the figure above, I have already passed the test, and several working days have passed, yet my application status has not changed to "underway." Where might the problem be?

    Thanks for your post on the UK Biobank Community Forum. 

    Is this with regards to application 447727? If so, I can confirm you completed your mandatory training on the 21st March 2025 and the MTA for your application was then executed by the Access Team on the 24th March 2025. 

    Your project is now underway and a message has been sent to you on AMS explaining how the data can be accessed.
