Manual image segmentation

Dear colleagues,

Our project requires manual segmentation of PNG/JPG images from UKB since it is necessary to train a deep learning model. As downloading images is prohibited, I am facing challenges in segmenting UKB images.

A similar question was asked here: https://community.ukbiobank.ac.uk/hc/en-gb/community/posts/24395690993693-Label-studio-in-UKB-RAP-how-to. However, it remained unanswered.

I am wondering if there is any way to manually segment PNG/JPG images in UKB RAP by installing a GUI tool such as label-studio https://labelstud.io/guide/install.html. Alternatively, is it possible to preprocess or additionally anonymize data to download a small set of images and segment them locally?
