Filtering by Variant Effect

Hello, 

I am encountering an issue when trying to filter variants in a gene by variant effect. Despite restricting my search to high impact frameshift variants with the genotype filtering tool, the results displayed in the Allele Table include synonymous and intron variants (pictured below). I have tried other genotype filters (example searching for all moderate impact variants), yet low and modifier variants still show up in the results table despite not being selected for. Additionally, the number of participants that supposedly match my search query according to the cohort browser does not match the number of participants I'm counting in the results table. I've attached a few images to illustrate the issue I'm having. 

Anyone have an idea why the output is not matching my query? Thank you.
