Extracting raw accelerometry .cwa files from bulk folder to a new folder

Hi, 

I would appreciate input on how to extract specific .cwa files (accelerometry) from the bulk folder and place them in a new (separate) folder. I have the eid's on the approx 1000 files that are relevant to me. Very concrete advice (code, workflow) would be highly appreciated.
