Carotid Ultrasound IDs in MAT format

I had a question about the file naming convention for the Carotid Ultrasounds in .MAT format. I am using my project's IDs below but I assume this is a general issue.

When I unzip the folder Bulk/Carotid Ultrasound/Carotid Artery Ultrasound (MAT format)/<first 2 digits of ID>/<ID>_30005_2_0.zip

I am left with a folder inside that contains the .MAT files, but this folder does not match the ID of the parent folder

For example, in my project, folder 1234567_30005_2_0.zip contains the folder 9876543_30005_2_0 with .mat files inside. Do these .mat files belong to ID 1234567 or ID 9876543?

    Apologies for the confusion, the ID contained in the filename of the .zip file accurately represents the identity of the files contained therein.
