Single Sign On (Okta sign in) for DNA nexus
DNA nexus say we should ‘access identity management SSO portal and select the DNAnexus application’. https://documentation.dnanexus.com/admin/single-sign-on
What is this identity management portal- is this the one for our institution or is it for UK Biobank? Or is it ok to create a personal one?
Has anyone else completed this set up and can help?- many thanks

We apologise that we’re unable to assist directly with this issue. UK Biobank does not manage the Single Sign-On (SSO) features within the Research Analysis Platform, these are handled by DNAnexus, who host and support the platform.
