malignancy related complication

Hello there, 

I am looking at whether there is sexual dimorphism is protective of a specific complication of cancer. 

Where can i find co-morbidities/ cancer related complication fields (if any) within the ukbiobank data

 

e.g small intestinal neuroendocrine tumours> carcinoid syndrome>mesenteric fibrosis

    Hi Saiji,

    Have a look at the data fields in the health-related outcomes category on our showcase website. The cancer register data fields can be used to identify participants with a cancer diagnosis using ICD10 codes. Co-morbidities could be identified in a number of ways, depending on your research question e.g. ICD10 codes could be used to query diagnoses of interest and OPCS codes could be used to query operative procedures fields.
