SNP filtering tool for UK Biobank genotyping data now available

A new applet is now available on UKB-RAP to help researchers filter UK Biobank genotyping data by SNP rsID. You can input a list of rsIDs of interest, or filter all SNPs within a specific genomic region. Filtered results are returned in Plink 1.9 format.
