Using VSCode Copilot for Jupyter Notebooks

I wanted to see if we are allowed to or able to use VSCode Copilot and connect into a DNA Nexus Jupyter Notebook cloud instance that would be started. Typically you could just just put in the url and use a 3rd party IDE but I'm not sure if this is allowed, or if isolated browsing is enabled. 

Is isolated browsing enabled for the DNA Nexus environment and if not can we use VSCode Copilot, and if so, how? Is there a special authentication token or preset password?
