Aren't there any pre-processed MRIs available?

Hi, it seems like that some pre-processing steps are standard for T1w MRIs. E.g.:

  • fslorient2std
  • robustfov
  • bet
  • flirt
  • fast

Are there no pre-processed NIFTIs already here? I got the impression that we have to pre-process ourselves.

    Hi Lunkyadi, 

    UK Biobank does provide pre-processed NIFTI files. For example, Field 20252 contains T1 NIFTIs that have undergone pre-processing. You might also find Category 2384 useful as it includes various brain imaging modalities in NIFTI format. Additionally, if you're interested in derived metrics rather than raw images, Category 508 includes imaging derived phenotypes.
