Scheduled maintenance and preparing for our next data release
UKB-RAP is currently undergoing scheduled maintenance by DNAnexus, affecting the ability to dispense data:
- 30 September – 13 October 2025: The ability to dispense data to your project will be temporarily unavailable
- Early November: The ability to dispense data to your project will be temporarily unavailable on or around 5 November (date TBC), as part of preparations for releasing refreshed data
Normal service will resume after each period.
Get ready for refreshed data
Now is a good opportunity to start planning your work so that you’re ready to take advantage of the new and updated data becoming available in November. You can see what’s included in data release v20 here.
Updating your dispensed data
When the platform reopens, please be mindful that requests to dispense your data may take longer than usual due to higher demand, and you may be added to a queue.
If you already have data dispensed, remember you can simply “Check for updates” to bring everything up to date with the latest participant data, without dispensing your full project. Find out how here.

Hi Dan N, does this mean that I cannot use the upload agent these days on dnanexus jupyter notebook?
I keep receiving “ERROR: InternalError: 'The server encountered an internal error', Server returned HTTP code ‘500’".
