Are we able to pay and have credit in your account for future use

I am writing to ask whether it is possible to make an advance payment or place credit on my account, which could then be used to cover future project costs.

I would like to make a lump sum payment upfront, rather than pay by invoice for each individual item or service, as my funding has an expiry date and I would like to ensure it is fully allocated in advance for this analysis.

    Hi Danielle,

    We are unable to accept payment before an invoice has been raised against your application or project, as this is how we allocate funds.

    Hi Danielle. 

    I may have this wrong but I think what you would need to do is to submit a purchase order. If you do this then DNAnexus will raise an invoice. Then when it is paid the money is credited to your account and can be billed against. The only disadvantage is that I think there is a minimum value for the purchase order of £10,000. However another user told me that if you do not use this much computer resource then you can subsequently get the balance refunded.
