NMR metabolomic data updated
Hello!
I encountered a problem when I tried to update the latest version of NMR metabolomic data. As the UKB released, the updated NMR metabolomic data in Aug 2025 covered ~ 488k participants. However, after I set up a new project and dispensed the latest data, I still found many missing values in the NMR data, which remained the same as my previous project (before the data update). How can I get the latest version of the ~ 488k participants' NMR data?

Dear Yu,
Thanks for your post on the UK Biobank Community Forum.
The updated NMR metabolomic data will be included in the upcoming V20 data release which is scheduled for early November.
