PANDORA: FAQs
“Is there any documentation on the PANDORA file types and what they contain? E.g. I have found the files in my dispensed data such as full voxels.h5, ICA10k_maps.h5, ICA10k.h5 etc., but it is not clear to me the difference between the latter two. Additionally the fields within these list ‘ICA_maps’, ‘M_FastICA’, ‘M_subject_course’ etc. but I cannot find any documentation that describes what each of these mean and am therefore uncertain which I need to use for what purpose. I have read the fmrib page which describes the overall structure of PANDORA data but found it does not give specifics on these file types and details. Please could you direct me to the relevant resource for this?”
