Feature Request: Ability to Reorder Jobs Within Personal Queue

Hi all,

I often submit many low-priority batch jobs to process files in the background (e.g., WGS file post-processing). These jobs are not urgent and can run gradually. However, when I later submit another job that I would like to start sooner, I’m blocked because my personal compute quota is fully occupied, even though colleagues in the same project can still run jobs.

Currently, the only workaround is to terminate running jobs or cancel and resubmit queued ones, which is inefficient and wastes compute time.

It would be very helpful if RAP allowed users to manually reorder jobs within their personal queue (or otherwise adjust queue position), without needing to terminate already-submitted work.

This would significantly improve flexibility and reduce unnecessary job cancellation.
