Manual Pulse Rate Method

the notes for field Field 95 say:
Pulse measured during automated blood-pressure reading

and for field 102:
This is the pulse rate measured during the automated blood pressure readings.

I suspect 95 should be the manual blood pressure method?

If so, is there any info on the manual Pulse Rate method used? I can find info on the automated puse rate method but not the manual.
