I think I used the .exe (https://dnanexus-sdk.s3.amazonaws.com/dx-toolkit-v0.325.1.exe) from Downloads - DNAnexus Documentation. C:\WINDOWS\system32>pip3 install --upgrade dxpyRequirement already...
