I implemented your fix and it looks like it will solve my issue. I'll launch smaller batches and upload the output files as they are generated.Thanks again for your help.

Thank you for the quick response!I tried using a series of dx upload / dx-jobutil-add-output, but I might have not done it correctly. I'll try again and update this post.
