I am running an analysis in jupyter notebook. Everything goes well at the start and all of a sudden, The cluster is getting disappeared and I dont even see the cluster termination step too. not sure what the issue is. Has anyone faced this before?
Thats the issue, I cant even able to do the screenshots. Its like its reverting back to the time when I first started the cluster with no info about the cluster running. It is weird it happened like that. I will screenshot it when it happens again in future.

For this question, you might need to contact ukbiobank-support@dnanexus.com. They could see the log file to aid the investigation.
It's difficult to understand the issue without more information. Can you please provide more details or perhaps some screenshots?
